Internos lets 6,000 sq m logistics and production site in Kassel
(firmenpresse) - Frankfurt, 17 November 2010 - Internos GmbH, Frankfurt, has secured a ten year lease for a 6,000 sq m logistics and production site in Kassel on behalf of the BIP fund.
The tenant is a subsidiary of the SMA Group which has a turnover of over 900 million euros, and is a world market leader in the field of photovoltaic inverter modules, a central component of solar power plants. The SMA Group is based in Niestetal near Kassel and currently employs a workforce of over 5,500.
Established in 2007, the BIP fund currently holds 36 light industrial properties; 22 are located in Germany and the rest in The Netherlands.
The agent was Leineweber GmbH & Co. Immobilien KG, based in Kassel.
