PAMERA Asset Management awarded letting instruction for the Frankfurt Börsentor
(firmenpresse) - Frankfurt, 09 November 2010 - PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has been instructed by LaSalle Investment Management to let the planned »Börsentor« project in Frankfurt. The owner of the Börsentor is the LaSalle German Income and Growth Fund, a closed-end real estate fund with a total volume of approx. 1 billion euros, invested in German commercial property.
Uwe Rempis, Head of Asset Management Northern Europe for LaSalle Investment Management, explained the decision to instruct PAMERA as follows: »We decided in favour of PAMERA because we found their combination of letting co-ordination, coupled with presence in the local market and understanding of LaSalle"s concerns as an institutional Investor, to be the most convincing.«
The office building, at the address Börsenstraße 15, is in the centre of Frankfurt, within eyeshot of the Alte Börse (old stock exchange) and only a few metres from the Fressgass" and Goethestraße. By 2012, the existing building will be replaced with a new, seven-storey building with its own underground car park. This should be awarded a Gold LEED certificate. The total lettable area of around 4,600 sq m will be fitted out to a high standard.
Gunther R. Deutsch, Director of PAMERA Asset Management GmbH and responsible for the letting instruction, added: »The building, in its central location and with attractive architecture, generously-sized terraces and its own underground car park, provides one of very few opportunities for demanding tenants to establish themselves in a top Frankfurt location.«
