Rohmert and Goetzelmann found joint consultation company
(firmenpresse) - Frankfurt am Main, 03 November 2010 - Werner Rohmert and Jochen Goetzelmann have teamed up to establish a new consultation company in the real estate industry - Targacom Advisory GmbH.
Targacom Advisory develops efficient communication strategies for real estate companies which include, as you would expect, the increased merging of the various fields of communication as well as orienting the real estate industry more towards the capital market and transnational investment activities. The interdisciplinary team currently comprises seven real estate and communication specialists and covers the entire scope of communications for companies in the real estate business from suppliers to open and closed funds, real estate stock corporations, real estate banks and service providers in the property sector.
Werner Rohmert has been working as a management consultant for over 20 years. In addition to having experience in classic restructuring consultation for medium-sized companies, Rohmert has also worked as a consultant and project manager in numerous strategy and valuation projects. Since the mid-90s, he has been providing renowned companies and individuals in the real estate and finance industry. Rohmert is the founder and an executive board member at Research Medien AG which publishes real estate publications such as »Der Immobilienbrief«, »Der Fondsbrief«, »Handelsimmobilien Report« and »ZfiFP Zeitschrift für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung und Praxis« etc. As an economics specialist with the editorial team at »Der Platow Brief«, he has headed work on more than ten economics books and has been working as a real estate specialist for »Der Platow Brief« for almost 20 years. Rohmert has compiled numerous editorials and specialist articles and has worked on the concept and content of almost 1,000 real estate sections of »Der Platow Brief« and over 230 editions of »Der Immobilienbrief«.
Jochen Goetzelmann has been advising companies in the real estate sector in all matters of external corporate communications and marketing for the last 10 years. The projects assigned to him range from press and PR work to developing corporate designs, designing websites, brochures and presentations and devising marketing concepts and repositioning strategies for the real estate sector. The banker with dual German and French degrees in business management is also owner of the Targa Communications, which he founded in 2006.
