Supplier Integration&Alliance Management from 29 November until 1 December 2010
(PresseBox) - The outsourcing of contract manufacturing and clinical research are increasingly being utilised to gain access to other countries or to minimise costs. To address these issues and encourage discussion within the pharma community, IQPC is organising the Supplier Integration and Alliance Management Conference from 29 November until 1 December in Frankfurt.
At the conference, the following questions will be discussed from a practical point of view:
? Integrating suppliers into your company by transferring your internal standards to your suppliers as well as building a good alliance management with your external partners
? Realising successful sourcing while complying with quality, efficiency and longevity
? Guaranteeing quality and compliance by using special monitoring systems when working with suppliers to confirm your internal guidelines, especially when sourcing to emerging markets
? Creating operational excellence by using lean six sigma and structuring your auditing to guarantee international GMP
? Minimising costs while maintaining flexibility
Global outsourcing, risk management in emerging markets and quality management when working with different CMOs are some of the topics that will be addressed in the workshops on 29 November.
On 30 November and 1 December, delegates will hear from companies such as Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Novartis Pharma S.A. and LEO Pharma A/S, and learn from best practice examples from these companies and more.
