Tobias Stöhr new Head of Asset Management at GRR REM GmbH
(firmenpresse) - Erlangen, 28. September 2010 - Tobias Stöhr MRICS (32) has taken over leadership of the Asset Management division of GRR Real Estate Management GmbH, with effect from 15 September 2010.
Stöhr, an Immobilienökonom (IREBS) and holder of an economic geography diploma, was previously at CB Richard Ellis. He has experience in the areas of portfolio valuation, market analysis and location appraisals.
At GRR, Tobias Stöhr will be responsible for real estate portfolios with a total value of more than 600 million Euro and will head up a team of 5 staff.
