Dome Lift - new innovative technology for smoke and heat vent in domes
(PresseBox) - Years ago the opener technology in domes was exclusively made with pneumatic cylinders. A problem with electric drives (actuators) was that the current for the demanded forces was to high. With the new technology Dome Lift Simon RWA create a real alternative for the pneumatic systems.
The use of 1000N actuator can be sufficient to handle a 150cm big dome as a smoke and heat system (SHEV). This force ensure the opening of 140° opening angle as well as the additional force caused by the snow load on a dome. So with this new system Simon RWA offers a intelligent and innovative technology as alternative to pneumatic systems in domes.
