DASCOM dot matrix printer with IGP support
Printer specialist expands its product portfolio in the industrial dot matrix printer sector
(PresseBox) - DASCOM Europe GmbH, renowned for its industrial and robust dot matrix printers, has added six more products with IGP support to its product range. Besides the standard T2150, T2250, T2265+, T2280+, T2365 MC and T2380 models, there is now an IGP version of each. Whereas an Ethernet interface is optional on the T2150 and T2250 models, the other models have this as standard and support monitoring of print jobs using PJL.
The IGP (Intelligent Graphic Processor) data stream has established itself as the quasi-standard in the logistics and production environment for forms, graphics and barcodes. The new dot matrix models provide a competitively priced alternative, take up little footprint and offer excellent mul-tifunctional paper handling. All of the dot matrix printers mentioned have a 24 pin print head and support IGP/PGL and QMS Code V. With print speeds of 500 to 1000 characters per second and up to 8-part copies the product range offers a wide selection which can be easily adapted to meet all requirements.
