The company announces that Mr. Marcus Johst, who was elected as a new
member of the Executive Board at the Annual General Meeting of the
shareholders which took place on 18 June 2010, did not accept his election.
The Executive Board concerning the denial of Marcus Johst: 'We are
disappointed that Mr. Johst is not willing to support the company,
especially since he did not hold back with criticism against the company in
the past.'
