General Photonics Receives CLEO/Laser Focus World Award
The CLEO/Laser Focus World Innovation Awards Program recognizes new products that significantly impact the fields of photonics and laser science.
(PresseBox) - General Photonics? PMDPro? was one of three Honorable Mention winners this year. Laser 2000 is the European distributor partner for General Photonics in Germany, Spain and France.
The PMDPro? is the world?s fastest PMD source, capable of rapid, deterministic, independent generation of 1st order PMD up to 180 ps and wavelength independent 2nd order PMD up to 8100 ps2 in as fast as 1 ms. It is the only PMD source with a built-in polarization optimization function that enables both PMD compensation and automatic input polarization state tuning to achieve the worst-case PMD effect.
