Pharming provides update on outstanding shares

Leiden, The Netherlands, June 18, 2010. Biotech company Pharming Group NV
("Pharming") (NYSE Euronext: PHARM) today announced that its current number of
outstanding shares has increased from 277,206,421 at June 2, 2010 to
285,691,836 as per today.
The increase reflects an aggregate number of 8,485,415 shares issued in relation
to various conversions of bonds issued in January 2010. As a result of these
conversions, the original nominal value of the bonds issued in January 2010 in
the amount of ?7.5 million has decreased to ?2.0 million today.
