Can Can Lingerie Holding AG – ALF Group audited EBT of 8.54 million AUD (to 31/3/2010)
Sydney, 13th April 2010 - Can Can Lingerie Holding AG (ISIN: CH0044678180 / symbol: CCH) is pleased to confirm that it has today received the audited financial earnings for the ALF Group for the six months to 31st March 2010.
Charlton's CJC (http://www.charltons.com.au) audited the accounts for the three key subsidiary companies of the ALF Group (Australian Corporate Restructuring Services Pty Ltd, Australian Litigation Funders Pty Ltd and ALF General Liquidation Funding Pty Ltd).
The audited consolidated EBT (earnings before taxes) of ALF Group is 8.54 million AUD (approx. 5.8 million Euro) for the six months to 31/3/10.
CCH currently owns 50% of ALF Group with an option to buy the remaining equity.
Mr Michael Pakula, Director of CCH, said, "It is encouraging that the ALF Group corporate profits in the first six months actually are ahead of the previously scheduled results of 14 million AUD for the full year.”

As decided at the AGM held on the 12th April 2010, the name of the company will change to ALF Group Holdings AG. The Directors will announce the date of change of company name as soon as they receive official confirmation.
CCH owns 50% of one of Australia’s largest litigation funders, which also provides corporate restructuring services, funding and debt and equity solutions. It is also an acquirer of distressed assets.
