Rezidor announces the Radisson Blu Residence Gran Canaria

The Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide,
announces the Radisson Blu Residence Gran Canaria in Spain. The property - the
former Hotel Dunas - will be fully renovated and offer 144 apartments. It is
scheduled to open in Q4 2012. "We are delighted on further grow in Spain where
we recently opened the first Radisson Blu in Madrid", says Kurt Ritter,
President & CEO of Rezidor. "This signing also underlines our commitment to an
ambitious growth of our young and stylish resort portfolio", continues Ritter.

Gran Canaria is one of the key destination for travellers to Spain, and famous

Radisson Blu Residence is located on the southern coast of the island near the
quaint village of Arguineguin. Besides 144 spacious apartments (all with
balconies overlooking the sea), the property will offer a restaurant, extensive
leisure areas (including swimming pools and tennis courts), and a full service
spa. For those mixing business with pleasure, five meeting rooms and a business
centre will be available, And, of course, the hotel is along the waterfront and
will offer breathtaking ocean views and beach access.
