Unterschleissheim near Munich, April 08, 2010 - Preliminary figures suggest
that IC Immobilien Holding AG concluded its 2009 financial year with a
positive result. Following a loss of 7.67 million Euros in 2008, the
company returned to the profit range in 2009. The annual accounts are to be
elaborated during the Balance Press Conference on May 12, 2010.
'We owe the fact that we managed the turnaround in 2009 above all to the
satisfactory business development during the second semester, which
continued to improve toward the end of the year. Specifically the fourth
quarter was very successful for us,' says Dr. Oscar Kienzle, CEO of IC
Immobilien Holding AG. 'If this trend proves sustainable, it will put us
into a position to reconnect to our historic results in the foreseeable
future.'
IC Real Estate Group focuses on real estate services for German and
international institutional investors. In addition, it assumes management
tasks both for real estate funds launched both in its own right and for
third parties. At the end of 2009, IC Real Estate Group had approximately 5
billion Euros in assets under management. With ten branch offices and a
staff of about 140 professionals, the company operates virtually
nationwide.
