SGS Opens New Tokyo Office for Building Certification Services
On April 15, 2010, SGS opens its new office for building
inspection and building certification services for industrial
clients from the construction industry in Tokyo, Japan.
(firmenpresse) - The new SGS office, to be opened on April 15, 2010 in
Tokyo, Japan, will offer a wide range of services for the
construction industry including, but not limited to, Design
Verification, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Inspection, Verification of Conformity to national and
international building standards as well as energy efficiency
checks.
Located on the 6th floor of the Yurakacho Building, the
office is strategically positioned in the largest metropolitan
economy in the world and the main economic center of
Japan. Highly qualified personnel with many years’
experience in the construction industry will provide
customers with the desired inspection and certification
services.
SGS Japan is accredited by the Ministry of Land,
Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to conduct
Building Inspection and Certification Services. SGS Japan
is authorized not only to perform the verification of building
plans, as well as interim inspections and completion
inspection services, but also to issue final building
certificates of confirmation.
