PROPOSAL FOR THE NUMBER OF BOARD MEMBERS AND A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ
Certain shareholders representing over 30 % per cent of the shares and voting
rights in the Company have informed the Company that they will propose to the
Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 April 2010 the number of Board members be
six (6) and that Mr. Pertti Ervi be elected as a new member of the Board of
Directors. The proposed person has given his consent to election. Pertti Ervi is
independent from the Company and its major shareholders.
