NOTICE of payment of the accrued interest
Pursuant to the provisions of clauses 4 & 5(a) of the Offering Circular dated
10 April, 2002 of the 6.50% Guaranteed bonds, as supplemented on 4 December,
2003, Michelin Luxembourg SCS hereby announces the payment of the accrued
interest of the Bonds on 16 April, 2010.
