Berlin, Germany, 30 March 2010 - The management of YOC AG (ISIN
DE0005932735, YOC) has purchased 5,250 of its own shares on the stock
exchange over the past few days. dkam GmbH, whose sole proprietor is Chief
Executive Officer of YOC AG Dirk Kraus, CSO (Chief Sales Officer) of YOC AG
Alex Sutter, and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of YOC AG Jan Webering each
purchased 1,750 shares. Mr Kraus purchased his shares for EUR 35.91 per
share, and Messrs Sutter and Webering purchased their shares for EUR 36.00
per share.
The total volume of directors' dealings therefore amounts to approximately
EUR 0.19 million. Dirk Kraus has thus increased his equity interest in YOC
AG to 25.57%, Alex Sutter's equity interest has gone up to 3.14% and Jan
Webering now has an equity interest of 0.81%.
'The reason for the additional purchase of YOC shares is that YOC Group
develops - in accordance with our expectations - positively in every
respect,' says Dirk Kraus.
