Unterschleissheim near Munich, March 30, 2010 - The IC Immobilien Service
GmbH, a subsidiary of IC Real Estate Group, let about 20,800 square metres
of logistics space in Cologne. Single tenant of the property on
Koehlstrasse is Energiebau Solarstromsysteme GmbH based in Cologne. The
lease lasts until April 2015, with two three years options.
Being one of Germany's leading system providers and specialist wholesalers
in the business segment of photovoltaics, Energie Solarstromsysteme GmbH
has about 250 employees with a turnover of 200 million Euros in 2008. The
company operates in Europe in this future-oriented industry.
