The Annual General Meeting of Farstad Shipping will be held at Farstadgården,
Notenesgt. 14, Ålesund, on Wednesday 19 May 2010 at 16.00 p.m.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting including an orientation of the different
items on the Agenda and the Annual Report 2009 are enclosed.
The Notice with documents are today sent by mail to all shareholders with known
address. The Notice and the Annual Report 2009 are today available on
www.farstad.com
Report 2009 will be sent to all shareholders in the middle of April.
The shares are traded exclusive of dividend on 20 May 2010. Payment of dividend
will take place on 1 June 2010.

Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 58 vessels (24 PSV, 31 AHTS and
