Interview with author Wolfgang Fiedler
Wolfgang Fiedler was born on 23/12/1956 in Landau on the Isar River in the beautiful Lower Bavaria. For 26 years he has lived with his family in Hassloch / Böhl-Iggelheim.
(firmenpresse) - Singer: Mr. Fiedler, you published a book last year "But please carbohydrates" in tredition-Verlag, Hamburg. Where you had the idea for this cookbook?
Fiedler: The idea came from a very good and old friend whom I respect very much. It is the writer Jutta Schütz.
Singer: As I have seen, you have also released an electronic cookbook by the same publisher. Do you plan to bring this fish book and later as a book in the shops?
Fiedler: Yes for sure, but still comes before the 2nd part of the fish book and then we take it all together and it is therefore a new book that you can get in the bookstores.
Singer: How could I follow, are you after only a short time with your book successful. How do you feel it?
Fiedler: Well, not much different than before. But it makes me a bit of pride in having been able to finish this. And thereby automatically came about more ideas.
Singer: Was it easy for you to publish the book?
Fiedler: Under the participation of women Schütz it was actually very good. We brought together my first book on the road.
Singer: Will there be a continuation from your fish book?
Fiedler: As mentioned earlier, there is a 2nd Part type.
Singer: How did you get on this diet "low carb"?
Fiedler: I myself have brought since 2005, several serious diseases behind me and have thereby increased over 30 kg, made me Mrs. Schutz on Low Carb attention. I dealt with this issue, which was quite new for me and my hobby could also thanks for cooking everything transpose well into action. Last year, Mrs. Schutz and I held a great Low Carb reading tour through Germany, were also in the Benelux countries, England and the USA. This year it will go in the summer to Africa. We have a wonderful invitation from different hotels. Of course, we connect, that is, both our families, this low carb journey with a great holiday.
Singer: What book projects you work in?
Fiedler: Well currently there are 2 different books that are in work. A book about my military service and a book about the air disaster at Ramstein. Ideas for a 3rd Book are already there, it will address bullying in order to be machinations of employers, such as their longstanding employees going on.
Singer: Mr. Fiedler, I wish you for your book projects continued success and thank you for the interview.
