is the fundamental cause of most diseases of civilization, from diabetes, cancer!
The carbohydrates make you hungry, they lead to blood sugar swings and cravings!
Protein (and fat) are important, not the KH. Without starving to your ideal weight with low-carb.
Low fat diets make you sick. Fat is essential for every life function.
Animal fats are not the problem, but the overfeeding with sugar and starch!
Meat will cook through protein, cook ... and denatured in the digestive system, but
it does not matter: the important amino acids remain intact!
