DE/RE PLC: BEBRA ENTERS INTO FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
The subsidiary of DERE BEBRA has successfully closed a financial package with European investors to finance both working capital and projects in Waste-processing and Solar in various countries in the Northern Italian area.
The total package exceeds the current working capitals needs for BEBRA and current project finance needs.
As a result DERE can allocate its own resources on other projects.
Management of DERE is satisfied that the decision earlier taken to look for separate finance solutions on project level is proven to be the right decision.
DE/RE is currently looking at further restructuring of the company and its financial position which will strengthen further the basis for 2010.
