APPOINTMENTS IN RAPALA'S EAST-EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION ORGANIZATION

The following appointments have been made and, will be effective latest on
August 1, 2010.
As a result of the strong business growth in Russia and East Europe, it has been
decided to change the current management structure of the East-European
distribution operations.
Saku Kulmala, current Head of East-European distribution and Managing Director
of Group distribution company in Finland, will focus his work in managing the
Group distribution company in Finland and he will continue to be a member of the
board in East-European distribution companies.
Victor Skvortsov, current Head of Distribution in Russia has been appointed to
Head of Distribution Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan and he will continue his
current duties as Managing Director of ZAO Normark in Russia.
Mikko Häikiö, currently Group Business Controller, has been appointed Head of
Distribution in Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. He will
also take over the responsibilities related to Normark Sport Finland, a unit
trading goods to East-European distribution companies.
Vitas Miskinis, current Managing Director of Normark Latvia and sales and
product Manager Eastern Europe, has been appointed Head of Distribution Baltic
countries including distribution units in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Saku Kulmala, Victor Skvortsov, Mikko Häikiö and Vitas Miskinis all report to
Jorma Kasslin, Group CEO.
