Munich, 25. March 2010 - The Your Family Entertainment AG (WKN: 540891;
ISIN: DE0005408918; Abbreviation: RTV), Munich, is, after another
positive financial year in 2009, planning to distribute a tax free
dividend of EUR 0.02 per share for the first time in the
enterprise's history as a listed company. A corresponding proposal
will be submitted by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board to the
annual general meeting in July 2010.
Because this dividend is a benefit from the tax deposit account
in accordance with Section 27 KStG (German Corporation Tax Act),
payment will be made tax free subject to the resolution of the annual
general meeting.
