FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation
Ulkomarkkinat Oy, business identity code 0115056-1
Balance Capital Oy, business identity code 1605452-1
3. Reason for the notification
The StonesoftCorporation voting rights and share capital owned by Ulkomarkkinat
Oy and its subsidiaries have fallen below one twentieth (1/20) due to Stonesoft
Corporations directed share issue which has been announced March 19, 2010 by the
company. Ulkomarkkinat Oy and its subsidiaries owning in Stonesoft Corporation
has not changed.
4.Ulkomarkkinat Group owns shares as follows:
Ulkomarkkinat Oy, 2.816.900 shares, 4,47% of shares and voting rights
Balance Capital Oy,60.000 shares, 0,10% of shares and voting rights
TOTAL 2.876.900 shares, 4,57% shares and voting rights
Stonesoft Corporation has after the share issue 63.002.732 shares and
63.002.732 voting rights.
