Hamburg, 15. March 2010. GWB Immobilien AG is making great progress in
development of what is the biggest project so far in the company's history
- POSTGALERIE SPEYER: about 80 per cent of the planned retail space has
already been rented. In addition to companies like s.Oliver, Jack&Jones,
Vero Moda, Deichmann, Triumph or Das Depot, H&M will be opening in the
centre of Speyer in the 4th quarter of 2011.

POSTGALERIE in Speyer. The listed historical facade and a modern, friendly
atmosphere are two of the outstanding features of the new shopping centre
in the middle of the town. A lively new focal point is being created,
without changing the face of the heart of Speyer: a modern shopping centre
that satisfies the most demanding of requirements', says Dr Norbert
Herrmann, CEO of GWB Immobilien AG.
The property in Speyer is the biggest project so far in GWB's corporate
history, with a market value of about EUR 53 million. The total planned
gross floor area of about 25,000 m² is spread over four different levels,
which are connected by modern escalators and lifts.
GWB is listed in the Prime Standard at Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Over a
period of more than 15 years, the GWB corporate group has developed into a
specialist for the implementation of large retail projectsand for the
revitalisation of retail properties. The focus is on medium-sized towns and
suburban areas. The strength of the GWB business model is that the company
acts as a single, integrated source for the provision of all the necessary
services, covering the entire supply chain from project development and
construction to marketing and management. More than 40 projects have been
completed successfully.
