Tekla Corporation's Annual Report 2009 has been published in Finnish and in
English. The Annual Report in English is available at www.tekla.com > Investors

print.
The 2009 Corporate Governance Statement, which is not included in the Board's
review but given as a separate report, is published in the Annual Report. It is
