St. Gallen, March 11, 2010 - On March 11th the resolution of the capital
decrease, which was unanimously approved by the extraordinary shareholder
meeting on December 3rd, was recorded in the commercial register.
After registration of the execution of the capital decrease, the share
capital of the company will amount to CHF 4.586.750,00 divided into
45.867.500 bearer shares with no par value.
