Dannemora Mineral and Finnshipping sign cooperation agreement

DANNEMORA MINERAL AND FINNSHIPPING SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT
Dannemora Mineral and Oy Finnshipping Ltd have entered into an agreement whereby
Finnshipping will function as Dannemora's shipping department with effect from
1 April 2010.
Finnshipping will handle Dannemora's entire shipping activities in order to
optimise the quality, control, functionality and cost-effectiveness of the
Company's deliveries by sea. Final decisions, responsibility and strategic
considerations will remain with Dannemora.
Finnshipping is a Helsinki-based dry cargo shipbroker established in 1954. The
company has more than 50 years' proven experience in shipping activities in the
Baltic and Northern Europe.
Staffan Bennerdt CEO and President of Dannemora Mineral: "The cooperation
agreement with Finnshipping brings Dannemora professional and cost-effective
management of its entire shipping activities. The agreement with Finnshipping is
confirmation that we have taken another important step towards an operational
start-up for the Dannemora mine".
