World-leading transport company invests 180,000 EUR in ReadSoft's invoice automation solutions

One of the world's leading transport companies has selected ReadSoft as their
supplier of choice for invoice automation. The solution involves the processing
of over half a million invoices annually.
With a business system from SAP in place, this world-leading transport company
already had good support for many of their business processes, but their
accounts payable routines were still cumbersome and manual. ReadSoft's automated
invoice handling solution for SAP was therefore a logical investment. The deal
was made in the U.K. and the implementation will be carried out through a
ReadSoft specialist partner.
ReadSoft's solution will enable the company to automatically digitize incoming
invoices, match the information against data in SAP to make sure it is correct,
and approve the invoices in an electronic workflow. This will make accounts
payable routines faster and less labor-intensive. The solution also includes
extensive monitoring capabilities giving the company better control of their
invoice flow.
