Tele2 Russia's customer base exceeded 15 million users in February

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMXStockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announced that its Russian operations passed 15 million customers by adding
316,000 new users in February 2010.
