Novae Group plc appoints David Pye as a Non-Executive Director

Novae Group plc today announces the appointment of David Pye as an independent
non-executive director. In addition, he will serve as a member of the Group's
Audit Committee.
David has 40 years experience as both an underwriter and a director in the
London company and Lloyd's markets. He is a non-executive director of
Independent Services Group Limited and Chairman of Independent London Market
Services Limited. He is Chairman of Equity Syndicate Management Limited, the
managing agency of Equity Red Star Syndicate 218, the largest Lloyd's motor
syndicate. He was previously Chief Executive of Creechurch Underwriting Limited,
now part of Canopius.
David Pye owns 322 ordinary shares of £1 each in Novae Group plc.
There are no further details that are required to be disclosed in respect of the
appointment under LR 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
