ACCENDO CAPITAL SICAV SIF´S OWNERSHIP OF OKMETIC'S SHARES TO 14.81 PERCENT
Notification of a change in holdings as required by Chapter 2, Section 10 of the
Finnish Securities Markets Act:
Okmetic Oyj has today received notification that due to Okmetic´s share issue
the total holdings of foreign Accendo Capital SICAV SIF correspond on 4 March
2010 to 14.81 percent of Okmetic's share capital and voting rights.
Okmetic Oyj's share capital as recorded in the Trade Register comprises a total
of 17 287 500 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one vote.
