Frontline Ltd.'s fourth quarter 2009 results will be released on Friday February
26, 2010. In connection with this, a presentation and a teleconference/webcast
will be held as described below:

A presentation of Frontline Ltd.'s fourth quarter 2009 results will take place
in Oslo at Stranden 21 (DnB NOR building at Aker Brygge) on Friday February

2. Teleconference and webcast
A conference call will be held at 03:00 P.M. Central European Time (9:00 A.M.
EST) on Friday February 26, 2010. The presentation will be available for
