Notice of Results
Atlantic Global plc (AIM: ATL.L),the specialist provider of Professional
Services Automation (PSA), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Organisational
Planning software solutions, expects to announce its Results for the year ended
31 December 2009 on Tuesday, 23 March 2010.
The results announcement will be followed by an analysts' briefing to be given
by Adrian Bradshaw (Non-Executive Chairman), Eugene Blaine (Managing Director)
and Rupert Hutton (Finance Director) which will be held at 9.30 am on Tuesday,
23 March 2010 at Abchurch Communications, 16th Floor, 125 Old Broad Street,
London, EC2N 1AR.

Atlantic Global develops and implements a single solution which comprises of
three modules ("Atlantic Global Solutions") aimed at the following three
markets: -
Professional Services Automation (PSA)
This module manages the deployment and tracking of Resources working on
projects. New functionality to support the client relationship together with the
client billing and order book management process was introduced in February
2010.
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
This module manages the deployment and tracking of Resources working across a
large portfolio of projects and programmes of work. It manages the associated
costs, Risk, Issues and the delivery of those projects
Organisation Planning
This module was added to solution in February 2010 and helps organisations to
manage their department and business unit budgets. It supports the Financial &
Resource forecasting process at an operational level to ensure that companies do
not exceed their budgets.
Atlantic Global Solutions has been developed in close partnership with world
leading organisations to ensure that they are both practical and easy to use.
All modules now support Multi-Lingual and Multi-Currency functionality with key
components accessible via mobile devices.
Atlantic Global successfully launched a SaaS (Software as a Service) version in
January 2009.
Atlantic Global's customers range from SMEs to Global 1,000 organisations and
include: GlaxoSmithKline; Pfizer, Aviva; Friends Provident, Bank of Tokyo, The
National Assembly of Wales, Capita National Strategies, Virgin Mobile, Kingston
Communications and Aircom International.
