S.A. and after the transaction holds a total of 7.329.256 B-shares in the
company, thereby falling below the 10 percent threshold.
We on behalf of the company's mutual funds thus control 9,99% of the share
capital and 8,38% of the voting rights of Transcom WorldWide S.A..
