(Thomson Reuters ONE) - CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 15 February 2010 at 9:10 hrsSubscription of Citycon shares exercising stock option rights 2004 BA total of 356,558 new Citycon shares were subscribed for exercising stockoptions B under the company's 2004 stock option scheme at the start of the year.The new shares were registered in the Finnish Trade Register today and will betraded on the NASDAX OMX Helsinki together with the other Citycon shares as of16 February 2010.The shares were subscribed for at a per-share subscription price of EUR 2.5908.Each share entitles its holder to one vote and to a dividend for the financialyear 2009. Other shareholder entitlements became also effective today.Following the increase, the number of Citycon shares totals 221,416,293. Theshare subscription price of EUR 923,770.47 was recognised under the investedunrestricted equity fund, so there was no change in the company's registeredshare capital, which amounts to EUR 259,570,510.20.The outstanding unexercised stock options 2004 B entitle their holders tosubscribe for additional 965,285 new shares.
