(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Alma Media Corporation Stock Exchange Release 12.2.2010 at 14.00CORRECTION TO ALMA MEDIA'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASEAlma Media Corporation's Financial statement release 2009, published today onFebruary 12, 2010, includes one error. The record date in the chapter concerningdividend proposal is incorrect. The correct record date is March 16, 2010, notMarch 1, 2010. The corrected chapter is in its entirety below.DIVIDEND PROPOSALAlma Media's Board of Directors will propose to the annual general meetingconvening on March 11, 2010 that a dividend of EUR 0.40 (0.30) per share be paidfor the 2009 financial year. Dividends are paid to shareholders who are enteredin Alma Media Corporation's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear FinlandOy no later than the record date, March 16, 2010. The payment date is March25, 2010.
