SNS Bank and BinckBank sign letter of intent for outsourcing

(BinckBank) have signed a letter ofintent for outsourcing the execution and administration of securitiestransactions for customers of SNS Bank. Both parties envision a strong basis fora long-term alliance and an improvement of the services SNS Bank provides to itscustomers. Once an agreement has been reached, the implementation of theoutsourcing is expected to be finalised early 2011.The letter of intent involves outsourcing SNS Bank's total securities-relatedprocess for both investment fund and stock exchange investments.
