Ruric has applied for extension of the reorganization period

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The district court of Stockholm resolved on 2009-11-10 that companyreorganization, according to the Swedish Company Reorganization Act, should beinitialized for Ruric. Roland Sundquist, lawyer at Gr?rgs Advokatbyr?wasappointed as administrator.Since 3 months have lapsed since the reorganization started, Ruric has appliedto the district court to grant extension of the reorganization for another 3months.The company and the administrator are of the opinion that enough reasons prevailfor such extension.
