TradeDoubler Closes Japan Office as Final Stage of IMW Group Integration
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Legacy Asset from 2007 Acquisition Non-Strategic to TradeDoubler's GrowthStrategyLondon, 8 February 2010 - TradeDoubler, the number one pan-European digitalmarketing company, today announced it will be closing its operation in Japan aspart of the final stage of its long term integration of the IMW Group. TheJapanese operation was a legacy asset of the acquisition back in July 2007, andis solely focused on selling keyword bid management technology - a non-strategicproduct for TradeDoubler. The closing of Japanese operation has anon-significant impact on TradeDoubler's total revenues.The Japan office will close on 30 June 2010. Until this date, TradeDoubler willhonour all remaining fixed term contracts with its local clients, but will notbe renewing existing contracts or accepting new ones."Our corporate strategy is focused on growing our successful online channels andexpanding our market penetration on a pan-European basis," said Bj?Lindberg,COO for TradeDoubler.
