According to agreement Konekesko Eesti ASsells its agrinetwork business to Farm Plant Eesti AS, who took over KonekeskoEesti AS's agrinetwork business starting from 1 February 2010.The network unit of Konekesko Eesti AS has been selling fertilizers, seeds,pesticides and accessories in J? M?? Rakvere, Tartu, Viljandi and V?As a result of this transaction Farm Plant Eesti AS continues providing the sameservices in the same regions. In J? M??and Tartu the sales activitieswill be carried out in Konekesko Eesti AS's centres.Konekesko Eesti AS continues its agri-, construction and real estate machinerybusiness, providing also after sales services to the products. The purpose ofKonekesko Eesti AS is to provide effective solutions for its customers byrepresenting known brands from all over the world.The main brands of Konekesko Eesti AS are Claas, Massey Fergusson, New HollandConstruction, Ponsse, Grove, Kubota, Lemken, Hardi and Grimme and the machinecentres are located in J? M??and Tartu. Konekesko Eesti AS is 100% ownedby Konekesko Ltd which is a subsidiary of Kesko group, one of the biggest retailand wholesale companies in FinlandAfter above mentioned transaction Konekesko Eesti AS has more resources toconcentrate on development the main machinery businesses agreed in its strategy.The main focus will be on the improvement of after sales services.Swedish owned Farm Plant Eesti AS produces concentrated feed and fertilizers,offers Yara fertilizers, pesticides, certified seeds and feed accessories.
