(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Corio has sold the The Bordeaux Megastore and an office in Rueil Malmaison forrespectively EUR 67.3 m and EUR 30.6 m net. Both properties were sold around bookvalue. Corio decided to sell the Bordeaux Megastore because it wants to focus onshopping centres with more growth potential. The building accommodates 4 largetenants in the city centre of Bordeaux.
