Wiesbaden / Hamburg, 28 January 2010 - Bert-Jan Knoef (49) has been appointedChairman of the Management Board of STILL with effect from 1 April 2010.Bert-Jan Knoef succeeds Dr. Rolf Karg whose contract runs out on 30 March 2010when he will retire at the age of sixty. Thomas A. Fischer (50) has been newlyappointed to the STILL Management Board from 1 April 2010 having previouslyheaded up STILL's activities in France. From 1985 to 1998 he was employed in a variety ofinternational management roles at the Black & Decker Group.Thomas A.
