Global service contract for Tieto and Metso

Tieto is to deliver the services globally,mainly from its service centre in India. The new contract took effect on 1January 2010 and will continue the long-term collaboration of the parties.The contract covers all the Remote IT Infrastructure Management services thatMetso requires. These include Unified Communication and Collaboration services,data security, workstation application bundling and distribution, and operatingenvironment management. The services also include Tieto's Service Desk support."With thisnew agreement, we strive for cost-efficiency as well as better andmore consistent quality. We also wanted to centralize the services to onesupplier.
