Zurich, Switzerland, January 26, 2010: Adecco Group, the world's leadingprovider of HR solutions, today received the decision of the Paris Court ofAppeal on the antitrust proceedings involving Adecco and Adia France and itsmain competitors in France. The EUR 34 million fine, imposed on February2, 2009, remains unchanged.The Court rejected Adecco's appeal against the decision of the FrenchCompetition Council (Conseil de la Concurrence), which on February 2, 2009 hadimposed a fine of EUR 34 million. Adecco and Adia France will not appeal thisdecision.
