Results update 4th quarter 2009
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - BWG Homes expects to report better results for 4th quarter 2009 than reportedfor 4th quarter 2008. The results will also be considerably stronger thancurrently expected by the analysts (consensus).The company expects its operating revenues to amount to approx. NOK 650 millionfor the quarter, and EBITDA amounting to approx. NOK 78 million.The reason for the relatively strong results is primarily the completion ofmajor housing projects in the Norwegian operation (Block Watne) where the resultestimates have proved too conservative. Operating revenues for the Norwegianoperation are expected to amount to approx. NOK 390 million in 4th quarter 2009with EBITDA of approx. NOK 70 million. Operating revenues for the Swedishoperation (Myresj? and Sm?ndsVillan) are expected to amount to approx. NOK260 million with EBITDA of approx.
