Swedish Holdco holds 117,299,200shares in NR Nordic, which represents 24.65% of the issued share capital of NRNordic. Therefore by virtue of Holowent's acquisition of Swedish Holdco,Holowent has acquired an interest in 24.65% of the issued share capital of NRNordic. The purchase price paid by Holowent for Swedish Holdco was SwedishKrona 1,000,000, representing the net asset value of that company and thecarrying value of the NR Nordic shares held by Swedish Holdco is EUR 0.24 pershare.4.
