Qurius NV appoints new Board of Dutch Management Team
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - 25 January 2010- Qurius NV has appointed Peter van Haasteren as the new chairmanof the management team of Qurius the Netherlands. Robert Lagas will hold theposition of deputy chairman. Following these changes, Frank van der Woude,previously Director of Qurius the Netherlands, will be able to focus completelyon group level activities in his role as COO in the Executive Board.Peter van Haasteren has been a member of the Exact Executive Board (until 2006)and has been Director of Qurius Business Solutions, the largest business line ofthe Dutch operation, since 1 May 2008. Robert Lagas fulfilled various managementpositions at Logica, before he became Director of the Qurius Advanced Solutionsdivision, also since 1 May 2008.
