(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Jupiter Second Split Trust PLC ('the Company') received notification from MrHarry Hill, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 6,061 GearedOrdinary shares as part of his regular savings plan at 41.5p per share.Following this transaction Mr Hill holds a total of 394,451 Geared Ordinaryshares (of which 122,828 are held by Mr Hill's wife and children) and 614,299Zero Dividend shares representing 0.20% of the total voting rights in theCompany.There are 216,361,793 Geared Ordinary shares and 432,723,586 Zero DividendPreference shares in issue. On a poll each Geared Ordinary share carries onevote and each Zero Dividend Preference share carries one vote. The PackagedUnits consist of one Geared Ordinary share and one Zero Dividend Preferenceshare.[HUG#1375600]
